Shipping
Taco Bowl is a 1-person operation, with some occasional help from kind souls we call friends and family. We ask for your patience and understanding, in addition to 3-5 business days for processing and shipping your order.
Aside from YOUR BURRITO ENAMEL PIN and NOT YOUR STICKER SHEET, all orders will by default be shipped with tracking. Be sure to select the right shipping method for your needs when you checkout.
Please remember to check your Shipping Confirmation email for your tracking number. If you believe your package is lost, contact us and we'll do our best to help you track it down.
We do not assume responsibility for customs or duties that may be imposed on international orders, nor do the prices on our site reflect these charges.
Returns & Exchanges
Only defective or incorrectly shipped products may be returned and refunded in the form of store credit. You have 7 days after receiving your order to contact us with your Order # and let us know if we've made a mistake, or if you've noticed any severe manufacturing errors. After evaluating the issue, we'll be in touch with next steps.
Please note that we cannot provide shipping labels or refund any shipping fees that have incurred.
At this time, we're unable to support returns, exchanges, or refunds outside of the conditions stated above. We have a dedicated Sizing Guide to help you find your ideal fit and detailed descriptions of the products to help ensure you'll be happy with your purchase.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled and you would like to change your size or colour, please contact us ASAP. We can't guarantee we'll be able to meet your requests as stock is very limited, but we'll try our best.
